Fairchild International Names Walden Hatfield to Oversee Operations of Eastern Kentucky Division
Glen Lyn, VA, May 3, 2011 — Fairchild International, a U.S.-based manufacturer of underground mining equipment, is pleased to announce the addition of Walden Hatfield as Regional Sales Manager of the company's recently established Kentucky Division. Mr. Hatfield will be responsible for sales and service operations in the Pikeville, Kentucky area. He has held numerous underground mining positions in Central Appalachia, and has served as mine manager for several companies. As a long-time valued customer of Fairchild, Walden has assisted with product development in the past and begins his employment with a vast technical knowledge of the company's products and services.
